Holbrook ES held its fourth annual WatchDOGS (Dads of Great Students) Pizza Night on Sept.
28, welcoming more than 250 dads and their students.
Watch DOGS serve to encourage involvement in their students' lives.
Former Holbrook WatchDOG Corey Jackson, now at Millsap ES, three Holbrook fathers and Reverend Reginald Lillie of Greater True Faith Missionary Baptist Church spoke on the importance of fatherly involvement.
"You should take some time to get to know your children's family," said Holbrook WatchDOG, Ronald Evans Jr. "They are here [at school] with them more than they are with us, which makes it your family too."
