Customer Service Tip of the Week: Customer service is...

The celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day for some means a day of service. For others, they might have had the day off from work. I was lucky enough to be working on several projects for some top-notch school districts, focusing on promoting the positive!
Because of the day of service yesterday, I began to think about my favorite subject - customer service. By focusing on our customers, our stakeholders, we can better serve their needs. Sometimes our customers feel that they are just a number in the system. It’s our job to add the personal touch to offer them assistance. No matter how big of an organization you’re in, it is important that all levels of employees take the time to offer all patrons, especially fellow employees, top notch customer service.
Remember that customer service is service. It happens when we keep our customers a priority and make sure that we are always access-approachable.
