W-2s, 1095-Cs now available

2017 W-2, 1095-C forms are now available from the district’s Employee Access Center (EAC)

All active CFISD full-time, part-time, substitute and temporary employees may print their 2017 W-2 Wages and Tax Statement forms, along with 1095-C forms, from the Employee Access Center (EAC). Employees can print their W-2s and 1095-Cs from a home computer, work computer or from a department kiosk. For EAC log on assistance, select “forgot your password” or contact the CFISD Customer Care Center at 281-897-4357. Employees that do not have access to a computer may contact the payroll department at 281-897-4092 for alternative arrangements.

                Log onto the Cy-Fair ISD Home page ( www.cfisd.net )

                Select:      Staff / Support and Resources / Employee Only Links

                Select:      Employee Access Center

          User ID:    Enter your employee number (ex. 54321)

Password: Enter password or contact Customer Care Center for assistance, 281-897-4357

Select:      Print My W2 on left menu

Select:      2017

Select:      File / Print
