The 2025 W-2s will be available for printing on the Employee Access Center by January 31.

Employees that do not have access to a computer may contact the payroll department at 281-897-4092 for other arrangements.

Internal Revenue Service Form W-4 Reminder

 

Employees are reminded to submit a new Form W-4 if their filing status, other income, deductions, or credits have changed or will change for the next year.  Employees can access the Employee Access Center to make necessary W-4 changes.  Questions may be addressed to Payroll Department at 281-897-4092. VACATION CARRY OVER DAYS

 

All employees on 250+ contract days who are eligible for vacation are reminded that their Vacation Carry Over balances must be used by December 31, 2025 as they will expire after that date.  You can confirm your vacation carry over balance by visiting the Employee Access Center and selecting Leave Information and Leave Banks.

In memory of Rodolfo Erazo

Born August 19, 1967, Rodolfo dedicated more than 25 years to education, sharing his passion for language and learning as a Spanish teacher and certified education specialist. With a master’s degree in education, he inspired countless students through his dedication, warmth, and humor. His excellence in teaching was recognized with the honor of “Teacher of the Year” four times, reflecting his unwavering commitment and the deep respect of his colleagues and students alike.

Born June 9, 1965, Steven Britt dedicated 11 years of service to Cypress Woods High School. He will be remembered for his commitment to his students, his kindness toward colleagues, and his lasting impact on the school community.
