Bane ES students and staff show support for Breast Cancer Awareness

Bane ES students and staff wore pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Brenda Booker (left, seated), Bane ES life skills aide is a breast cancer survivor. 

Bane ES students and staff were encouraged to wear pink to show support for those who are battling or have battled breast cancer. Bane ES staff were proud to celebrate Brenda Booker, a life skills aide at Bane, for being a breast cancer survivor. She has been a para at Bane for many years and never stopped working through her ongoing treatment.
