Customer Service Tip of the Week: Random Acts of Customer Service

Last week was Random Acts of Kindness Week. According to the #RAKweek2017 website, we are supposed to take time and venture out of our normal comfort zone to perform a random act of kindness every day this week.
When you think about customer service, isn’t it really performing acts of kindness all the time? To actually deliver great service, the entire organization needs to understand the full implication of customer service and service delivery. We also need to be aware how each and every employee plays a significant role in the process.
If you’re an expert at customer service during work hours, make sure that you take that skill into your personal life this week. A random act of kindness to a family member, a friend, or a stranger, will sure go a long, long way.
