Bonnie Beachy, assistant principal at Smith Middle School, passed away on Friday, Oct. 13, 2017. Bonnie served in education for 28 years, spending 25 years in CFISD. She started as a teacher and coach at Cypress Falls High School in 1992, then transferred to Cypress Springs High School as a teacher and coach in 1997. Bonnie was hired as an assistant principal at Arnold Middle School in 2004 before moving to Smith Middle School in 2009.
Bonnie was beloved by students and staff and will be missed by the CFISD community. Service details to come.
