Immunizations provided by Walmart Neighborhood Market will be made
available to CFISD staff at several/various district campuses. All clinics will
be held from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please see CFISD Employee Vaccine Schedule
for designated campus assignments and additional details.
- Photo ID and insurance card required to
be vaccinated
- No pre-registration
- Flu mist and shingles will not be available
- Must be 8 years or older for flu vaccine and 14 years
or older for other available vaccines
- No out-of-pocket cost for CFISD employee and
family with TRS Aetna ActiveCare, Blue Cross Blue
Shield, Humana, some Aetna and United Healthcare.
- Cost for self-pay is $25 for the quadrivalent (four
strains) flu shot payable by check only, no cash accepted. Make checks
payable to Walmart Neighborhood Market.
Required forms will also be available for pick up and may be
completed in advance or at the time of vaccination (please leave wellness statement
and insurance information incomplete). Questions regarding insurance
immunization coverage should be directed to your insurance provider.
