Full-time, district employees who are eligible to receive
benefits may request to transfer their child to designated schools within
CFISD. Requests can only be granted for biological children, step-children,
foster children or children in judge-signed custody.
Applications for the 2019-2020 school year will be posted to
inside.cfisd.net on Monday, April 1, 2019. Transfer requests will be accepted
through Monday, June 3, 2019. After June 3, requests will only be accepted from
new hires (within 10 days of employment) and/or staff members who have been
reassigned to another campus/building (within 10 days of reassignment).
Students already attending their school of choice through a
Student of an Employee Transfer do not need to reapply until their student
changes levels (elementary to middle or middle to high). For more
