2020 W-2s and 1095-Cs

The 2020 W-2 and 1095-C forms are currently available for printing on the Employee Access Center.

1095-C forms are issued to full-time employees and employees who are enrolled in medical insurance with Cypress-Fairbanks ISD.

Employees that do not have access to a computer may contact the payroll department at 281-897-4092 for other arrangements.
