Donate to those in need through the Sarah Semple Fund

The Sarah Semple Fund was established in December 2000 in memory of Sarah Semple, former director of instruction at Cypress Falls High School, Campbell Middle School and Cypress Creek High School. Sarah also served as the district’s middle school language arts coordinator. She was an advocate for students and teachers and touched the lives of many people in our district.

This fund was started by the CFISD Secondary Curriculum Council following Sarah’s death to honor her memory. The Sarah Semple Fund remains very active today. More than 20 years later we have been supported by the generous donations from our district and community.  Our district’s Youth Service Specialists help needy CFISD students and families through the Sarah Semple Fund. We have used this fund as a “last resort” resource when social workers have been unable to obtain other means to help a family in distress.

The memory of Sarah Semple continues to make a difference through the Sarah Semple Fund by providing assistance to needy students and families in CFISD. We know that many of you would like to make a difference and you have been looking for a way to help those who are suffering right now and to have funds available for future needs. If you are interested in donating to the Sarah Semple Fund:

Donation Acknowledgment form will be issued; this donation is tax deductible.
