Shelita Whiteside
August 27, 1984 - February 5, 2026
Cypress Springs High School mourns the loss of staff member Shelita Whiteside, who passed away on February 5, 2026. Shelita served Cypress-Fairbanks ISD for four years. She began her journey with the district as a substitute teacher and, in September 2023, transitioned into a teaching role. Shelita’s dedication, kindness, and commitment to her students and colleagues will be deeply missed by the Cypress Springs community.
