School namesake, T.A. “Bubba” Willbern, passed away Jan. 5 at the age of 89. A passionate supporter and friend of CFISD, Bubba worked for the district from 1952-1992. He was recently recognized as a 75th Anniversary Honoree for his tireless commitment to the district.
