The Kahla MS Leadership Cadre enjoyed a recent opportunity to sit down with Chairita Franklin, assistant superintendent of human resources; and Dr. Deborah Stewart, associate superintendent of human resources on Tuesday, April 27.

They shared a wealth of knowledge that helped mold, build, and encourage future leaders of Cypress-Fairbanks ISD. The Leadership Cadre extended a special “thank-you” to Kahla MS AP Sandra Dilworth for creating the leadership group and for her unwavering dedication the last two years.

“This opportunity has renewed her passion for a leadership role after being in the classroom the past 15 years,” said Theresa Curtis, Kahla MS teacher.

The Leadership Cadre is an opportunity for teachers that desire to become leaders to possess and pursue those positions.
